Hey y’all! I’m Jen and I am a Mom to two crazy, fun-loving kiddos who never want to slow down. I’m also a wife, daughter, granddaughter, niece, sister, Auntie, cousin, and friend. I have a pretty awesome network and a HUGE extended family. We are all crazy and we have tons of fun whenever we are together. I am a very sarcastic person. My kiddos are little but I can’t wait for the day when my sarcastic quips are not lost on them. I love to have fun and be surrounded by people. I love playdates with my friends who also have littles where I actually get to speak to another adult human. I love my husband, who puts up with my crazy and does this thing called life with me. I love my life. It’s certainly not perfect but perfectly imperfect for me!

My faith is a huge part of my life. I firmly believe that all things are possible through Christ. God’s love is the greatest love of all and he calls us to love everyone the way he loves us. As a family, we strive to do our best to show that love to others and to give back to our community. I will be the first to admit that I am a sinner and not perfect but I try to emulate that love in everything I do.

My journey into Motherhood started almost 4 years ago (hold me while I cry!). My little monkey was born in early January of 2014. Two weeks after she was born, we moved to Virginia where my husband was stationed (I had stayed behind to finish out my pregnancy). She is independent, fiercely so at times, and has the biggest heart. She also believes she is always right and I am always wrong. Her imagination never ceases to amaze me and makes everything she does fun to watch. My second was born in early February 2016. He is my little B-Man. He adores his sister and wants to do everything she is doing which, of course, leads to many arguments between the two of them. He is a Momma’s Boy through and through and while his snuggles fill my heart with love, there are definitely days I am ready for him to be a bit more independent (I know, I will long for these days when he is grown and gone, but right now I’m ready for the next phase). As a Mom, it is fun watching the differences and similarities in my kids as they grow and I love them with my whole heart.

About two years ago, I decided to start my own Etsy shop at the insistence of my BFF. I had gotten a new Cricut machine (it cuts things if you are not of the crafting world) mainly to help my sister with her wedding and because I LOVE crafting. Through playing with it I found out it could cut iron-on vinyl and I could make my own shirts. So I did and I made shirts for my bestie’s kids. It has taken off from there, really. She now works with me and we make and ship mostly apparel (but we do dabble in other items) all over the country. It is fun and we love it! Between the two of us, we have 5 kids all 5 and under! So we mostly make shirts with funny or cute sayings on them for babies, kids, and adults. We also do wall and car decals but those are mostly by special request. Our work is a constant balance of filling orders and finding new things to add to our constantly-growing library of items. Each shirt can take anywhere from 20-30 minutes to complete depending on the design and the number of colors.

I’m also an Ambassador with Plexus Worldwide and have recently (this year) started trying to get back to taking care of myself and get healthier. I want to be around for my kids and their kids so I need to take better care of myself. So glad I made that decision and continue to make it each day!
